Annie Leary (1832-1919)
Papal Countess, of 1032 Fifth Avenue, New York City & Newport, R.I.
She was created a Papal Countess of the Holy Roman Church by Pope Leo XIII in 1903. He died just weeks later and his successor, Pius X, renewed her title for life.
