Bryce Allan (1814-1874)

He was born in Scotland at Greenock. He managed the Liverpool office of the Allan Steamship Line. He purchased Aros House in 1874, but died later that year at 16 Holly Road, Fairfield, Liverpool. He married and had just one son.
