Emilie Vallete Clarkson (1863-1946)

She was a talented artist and photographer. She did much to improve Potsdam and the surrounding villages, notably in relation to its Episcopal churches. She married William A. Moore and they enjoyed a two year honeymoon which included spending time in Egypt, Switzerland, and Japan.
