Francis Aspinall Philips (1793-1859)
Francis A. Philips, of Bank Hall & Abbey Cwmhir, High Sheriff of Radnorshire
He lived at Thornhill House in Heaton Mersey before inheriting Bank Hall in 1850. He died five years later leaving £250,000 to his three children.
