Garrow Throop Geer Jr. (1913-2001)

He was educated at St. George's School in Newport, R.I., and Harvard. He was a member of the New York Stock Exchange with Carlisle, De Coppet & Co. In 1942, he ran for election as U.S. Representative from New York but was defeated. Before he was married, he counted Brenda Frazier among his girlfriends. In 1940, he married his stepsister, Rose, daughter of Carroll Dana Winslow and had 3-children.
