Lettie Moulton Low (b.c.1870)

She was the daughter of New York Congressman Philip B. Low, Founder of the U.S. Naval Reserve. She was a Daughter of the American Revolution by virtue of her mother's great-grandfather, Colonel Stephen Moulton.
