Maria Wharton McKean (1870-1950)

She was born at Philadelphia. In 1894, at Fernhill, she married Benjamin Curtis Allen and they were the parents of five children. She divorced her husband in the early 1920s and by 1926 she was living alone at 993 Park Avenue, New York City.
