Robert David Cartwright (1804-1843)
Rev. Robert Cartwright, M.A., Rector of St. George's, Kingston, Upper Canada
He was born at Kingston, Upper Canada. He was educated in England at Queen's College, Oxford. In 1832, he was married at Dublin to Harriet, daughter of Conway Edward Dobbs, Q.C., great-grandson of Richard Dobbs of Castle Dobbs, Co. Antrim, and a grand-nephew of Arthur Dobbs, Governor of North Carolina.
