Thomas Penn (1702-1775)
Thomas Penn, of Stoke Park; Chief Proprietor of Pennsylvania
In 1760, he purchased Stoke Park, Buckinghamshire, where he lived with his family until his death in 1775. He and his wife had eight children, but only four (shown above) survived to adulthood.
