Thomas Tillotson (1750-1832)
M.D., Congressman & Secretary of State of New York
He was a native of Maryland. He was Surgeon-General to the U.S. Army during the American Revolution. Later, he was appointed a Congressman in New York and was Secretary of the State of New York.
