Abigail (Willing) Peters (1777-1841)

She was the sister of Philadelphia's leading society hostess of her era, Mrs Nancy (Willing) Bingham. Abigail was married on March 1st, 1804. They were the parents of four children of whom two married and had children, Eliza and Frank. Mrs Eliza Field donated her husband's art collection to the Williams College Museum of Art.
