Nathaniel Burwell (1680-1721)
Major Nathaniel Burwell, of "Fairfield" & "Carter's Creek" Virginia
He was an influential Member of the King's Council and a Member of the Virginia House of Burgesses. In 1709, he married Elizabeth, daughter and co-heiress of Robert "King" Carter. They were the parents of four children (listed above).
