Clover Hill Farm

Bedford Hills, Westchester County, New York

Built in 2000, Clover Hill Farm is the faux-rustic home of Bill Clinton, 42nd President of the United States, and his wife Hillary Rodham, 67th U.S. Secretary of State. In 2010, the Clintons sold their home in nearby Chappaqua for the safer and more secluded Clover Hill Farm. They purchased the house for $10.9 million from Paul Wallace (b.1936), founder of the Manhattan real estate firm Broadstone Group. In the same year, their daughter, Chelsea, was married at nearby Astor Courts.

Clover Hill stands on 20-acres of pastures with horse trails, stables, a dressage ring, two guest houses, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. Located at the end of a long private drive, the house itself is comprised of 7,000 square feet of living space with plenty of fireplaces and exposed wooden beams. The rooms include a large reception hall, a wood-panelled library, an artist's studio, a chef's kitchen, a wine cellar with a custom wet bar, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 smaller bathrooms.
