Clara (Prentice) von Hatzfeldt (1860-1928)

Princess Clara Elizabeth (Prentice-Huntington) von Hatzfeldt zu Wildenburg

She was adopted after her father's death by her maternal aunt, Elizabeth, and Elizabeth's husband, Collis P. Huntington, who gifted her a fortune of $6-million. In 1889, at London, she married Prince Franz von Hatzfeldt-Wildenburg and they lived at the Hatzfeldt ancestral seat, Schloss Schönstein, at Schönstein-on-the-Rhine before leasing Draycot House in Wiltshire between 1896 and 1915. In London, they kept a townhouse at 33 Grosvenor Street in Mayfair. They died without children.
