Francisco Caballero Sarmiento (b.c.1750)

He was a native of Portugal and went into partnership with his brother-in-law, John Craig, of Philadelphia. He was the U.S. Commercial Agent of Manuel Espinosa, Director of the Caja de Consolidacion. They had two children.
