John Bradford Wallace (1778-1837)

He was born at Ellarslie, New Jersey. He studied law under his maternal uncle, William Bradford, Attorney-General under Washington. He practised law in Philadelphia and in 1805 married Susan, sister of the country's most eminent lawyer, Horace Binney. They were the parents of fours sons and three daughters.
