Anna Ray Baker (1933-2001)

She was one of the seven grandchildren of Mrs Anna Dodge and ought to have inherited a seventh of her estimated $100 million estate, but she - along with her half-sister - were among the three cut from the will. It transpired that her grandmother had already leant her in excess of $6.5 million, and Mrs Ranger still owed the banks more than $1.3 million.
