Maria (Taylor) Byrd (1698-1771)
Mrs Maria (Taylor) Byrd, of "Westover" Virginia
She was the daughter of Thomas Taylor, of Kensington, London. In 1724, she became the second wife of William Byrd, President of the Governor's Council in Virginia. They were the parents of four children who all lived to adulthood.
